During the COVID-19 lockdown, I identified a surge in demand for competive EU Overwatch tournaments and online entertainment in general. I used my network within the Esports Industry (players, team owners, league admins etc) to position myself favourably. I launched two flagship events to grow my online community, boost Twitch viewership and attract sponsorship interest.

These back-to-back events more than doubled player participation month-over-month, tripled our Discord community, and quintupled average Twitch viewership.
