NextGenerationHub (NGH) was a small community driven initiative that only hosted webinars on zoom on occcasion to give people access to careers advice.
After a few months we added a blog so we could publish educational content and host guest articles to help prepare our audience for the workplace, whilst growing our expansive community of speakers and students
-
Scaled from a single event to 3 webinars/month, engaging 50 students (50% repeat rate)
-
Drove 750 unique website visitors and grew NGH social following from 0 to 180
-
Used a digital advocacy strategy to grow CEO’s following from 400 → 1,300

I built NGH from scratch using Wix, implementing a responsive design, intuitive naviation and content mangement systems that scale.
I have optimised content for SEO and high engagement content, redesigned the homepage resulting in a 50% reduction in bounce rate, implented eye catching blog thumbnails, ran A/B split tests on layout variations.
We have published 34 blog posts in 5 months and are active on LinkedIn. We aim to post a blog about every event and have open source values.
I am most proud of the brand and visual identity I created: logo, color palette, typography, and on-brand graphics.
